Shipping policy

All products are made with care and by hand to order.  You will receive your tracking information within 3-5 business days once an order is placed.

- some packages are not scanned when they arrive at the post office. If this is the case for your package then it might be at your local post office soon.  

- all of our packages are completely insured and if they get lost in transit we will completely refund you. 

- all of our packages leave from a small town in Fallbrook California. They are a smaller usps and sometimes have delays.

-during the pandemic, packages have had longer delays in transit

International shipping is 5-8 business days once tracking information has been received.
